WHEN
Sundays, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.; followed by a time of Fellowship in our Narthex.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON SUNDAY?
At Dublin Community Church (DCC) you will find a casual atmosphere of worship, with practical and relevant teaching in a warm and welcoming environment. We are a congregation of different backgrounds, callings, personalities and ages who all come together to worship the Living God. ALL are welcome.
Our worship styles has a mix of traditional and contemporary elements. The adult choir sings in worship from September through the end of May each year. Throughout the season, the Gladden Strummers and adult handbell choir also perform in worship. The Sunday School students perform seasonally with songs to enhance special services such as Palm Sunday, Christmas Eve, and perform an annual Christmas Pageant. The youth handbell choir also performs during the year. During the summer months we are treated to the extraordinary musical talents of many members of our congregation.
The worship is complete with a sermon from one of the pastors and congregational singing from the hymnal.
Communion is served the first Sunday of every month during worship. We have an open table to all, so participate as you are comfortable.
ENTERING THE BUILDING
The common entrance is on the east side of the church by the lower parking lot. Look for the orange awning. This entrance is ADA accessible. Once inside, ascend by stairs or elevator to the second floor to reach the sanctuary, chapel, church offices and meeting rooms. On Sundays, a greeter will welcome you and can direct you to the worship service, restrooms, or the nursery room where infants and young preschool age children are welcome.

Historic Chapel Entrance
The Historic Chapel Entrance is located on Bridge St. and was the main church entrance for many years until the larger Sanctuary was added to the building in 1995.

Main Entrance – Franklin St.
The common entrance is set at ground level, with accessible doors, and leads directly into the foyer with stairs to the main level and an elevator to the left as you enter to access all levels. This entrance is set in the corner of the building facing the parking lot.
WHAT TO WEAR
Come as you are! Some people in our congregation dress up, but most dress casually.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
Absolutely! At DCC we celebrate children as part of our worshipping community and have a strong youth ministry program. Through worship, children can develop an understanding of themselves as part of the family of God. Children are welcome to sit with you during worship or we provide these educational and child care opportunities:
- Child care for infants through 3 years old is available in the nursery on our lower level. We employ screened care providers.
- Children in Preschool – grade 5 are invited to attend Sunday School weekly at 10:00 a.m. in the preschool classrooms located on the lower level of the church. We offer inclusive classes for special needs children.
- Children in grades 6-7 are welcome to attend the Mid-High classes in the youth group room located in the lower level of the church.
Parents will sign in their children at the beginning of Sunday School and sign out their children at the end of the session with the Christian Education Director. All of our teachers have been screened.
